How to Return an Item

   • Ensure the product is intact, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Documentation:

   • Please bring the sales invoice with you to complete the return process.

 

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process your refund immediately.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be made in Grahakshahi coupons or cash, depending on your preference.
